“AL-MuBas (Pilgrimage & Leisure) gave a very bad Umrah experience. Hotels were low standard, food was unhygienic, and the buffet area was dirty and poorly maintained, sometimes causing nausea. Many commitments were false. They are only focused on profit, not service. Avoid this travel agency.”
“? 1 Star Worst Umrah experience ever. False promises, unhygienic food, dirty dining area. Not a trustworthy agency.”
